We had a unique situation personally and things needed to move extremely quickly. We decided to list our property and reached out to Louie on a Tuesday. He arrange for photos of the house in less than 24 hours and photos were taken on Thursday. The photos were processed and ready for display by Friday and the property was listed soon after. By Sunday we already had multiple views and full price offer. We were in escrow on Monday. Less than a week people. From there, Louie was hands on throughout the process and guided us through the escrow period. This could have been an extremely stressful process but Louie made this so easy.
